What I Offer
We offer a range of services to meet the needs of everyone. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom execution plan.
Many extended health coverages now cover social work services. You will be required to pay for services; however, you will receive a receipt for reimbursement from providers like Manulife, Sunlife, and more! Finances should never be a barrier, I am happy to negotiate a fee for services based on coverage, need, and circumstance.

Need some extra help advocating for yourself? Sometimes knowing how to walk through medical complications, child protection challenges, family law disputes, and the justice system are overwhelming if you don’t have support.
I walk beside people though their journeys in a non-judgemental and supportive way while holding these systems and people in positions of power accountable.
Not everyone is willing to share their historical lived experiences, but sometimes it is easier to share it with an Indigenous social worker who has similar experiences and ways of knowing. Let us get to know each other, build a safe relationship, and then I can assist with sharing need to know information that benefits the rest of your story.

Need some support, and not sure where to go? I am well connected in the Prince George area and know many services offered across British Columbia.
I am able to complete referrals for emergency housing, treatment centers, legal representation, and more!

Were you just given a bunch of forms and applications? Don’t know where to start? Administrative tasks can be overwhelming. I can help!
I am happy to support Person with Disability (PWD) applications as a registered professional. The process takes anywhere from 2-4 hours, and the fee is covered by the Ministry of Social Development.
I can assist with applying for medical travel through Hope Air and the BC Residency Program for BC Children’s hospital visits. This assists with travel costs, accommodation costs, and transportation during your trip. I can also submit First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) forms for reimbursement for off-reserve members.
I can help with access to funding for education by collaborating with your Nation and assisting with post-secondary processes.
Want to apply to experience a treatment center? I can do that too!
Need something else filled out by a registered professional? Reach out, maybe I can help!

Are you going through a lot or needing to process your thoughts? I also offer 1:1 counselling sessions in person or virtually. Sessions are low-pressure, client-led, and relational. We will both get to know each other through the process.
Counselling doesn’t have to be in my office. Sometimes bead therapy, land-based modalities, or walking feels more comfortable. Virtual clients also can opt for telephone sessions without a camera.
I am currently only accepting adult clients.
The Process
Connect
Reach out via telephone or e-mail and let me know which services you are looking for. I will complete an intake and agreement to see if we are a good match.
Meet & Greet
I always like to begin casually by getting to know each other. If you are not comfortable or feeling a connection with me after this meet and greet, you are welcome to discontinue services. I would be happy to recommend other resources.
Plan with Purpose
We will make a plan of action for how we spend our time together.
Counselling does not need a goal, and sometimes you need more than 50m to talk. That is okay!
Navigating systems often needs an action plan and knowledge sharing.
Discontinue Services
After you have made it through this chapter of your life, I close your file and we no longer meet or attend appointments together.
Ending services in a decolonized way sometimes looks different (at the comfort of clients). Finances do not motivate my work, so connecting to answer social work questions or hearing how people are doing down the road is always welcome and encouraged.
